READ MOREThe ZXQ-4S is a fully automatic, electric metallographic specimen mounting press featuring an automatic water-cooling system. It is specifically designed for the hot mounting of small, irregularly shaped, or difficult-to-clamp metal workpieces. The resulting mounted specimens are uniform and well-formed, facilitating subsequent grinding and polishing processes and enabling microscopic analysis of the material's microstructure.
The machine can prepare up to four specimens simultaneously and supports three mold sizes: φ22mm, φ30mm, and φ45mm (with a φ30mm mold included as standard). It offers a controllable temperature range of 35–200°C, with adjustable holding times (pressure and temperature) of 1–99 minutes and cooling times of 0–60 minutes. With a power rating of 4600W and a 220V/50Hz power supply, the unit weighs approximately 75kg and measures 450×350×470mm; it comes in a dedicated export-grade wooden crate, meeting the requirements for both domestic laboratories and international shipping.
