READ MOREThe CHRS-150M fully automatic touchscreen Rockwell hardness tester is a high-precision instrument featuring a large digital display and a new, large-format LCD touchscreen with a menu-driven interface. It supports hardness testing across the full range of Rockwell scales, including standard Rockwell, Superficial Rockwell, and Plastic Rockwell.
The device utilizes sensor-based closed-loop control technology and automatic indenter descent, eliminating the need for manual preliminary test force application. A single-button operation automatically handles the application of preliminary and main test forces, as well as measurement and digital output of hardness results. It features automatic measurement error correction and hardness unit conversion. A built-in printer allows for direct test report printing, and a USB interface supports data transfer to a computer (USB is optional).
The main body is manufactured using an integrated sand-casting process; precision machining of critical bores ensures strict concentricity, while single-pass milling guarantees surface flatness. The drive lead screw is precision-ground to ensure smooth, drift-free vertical movement. Specialized processing throughout the machine ensures superior testing accuracy and operational stability.
